LightHouse Automotive Helps Customer Replace Alternator and Get Back on the Road Quickly

July 26, 2017

Our Team | LightHouse Automotive

Deb wasn't sure what to do. She was in the midst of a long road trip from New Mexico. Colorado Springs was just about the halfway point of the drive. However, this is where her check engine light came on. Deb was fortunate she had a friend nearby who offered to help, but knew she needed professional automotive repair services as soon as possible. That's how she discovered LightHouse Automotive and our owner/lead technician, Rylan Blair.

"Rylan was great!" Deb says in her online review. "A friend in Colorado Springs started calling around for help. Rylan took her call and it was super service from then on."

Deb's car was brought into our auto shop, where Rylan and his team of automotive technicians at LightHouse Automotive thoroughly inspected the vehicle. The issue was the alternator. It was good Deb came in because it needed to fixed as soon as possible to prevent further damage to the engine or electrical system. We advised her on the necessary parts and repairs, providing her with a detailed estimate. Our priority is to give customers the information they need to make the right auto repair decisions.

"The car was fixed the SAME day—in less than three hours after I arrived," adds Deb. "No worries for the rest of our trip. Thanks for staying late. This review cannot express how much we appreciate such great service."

The LightHouse Automotive team was happy to help out Deb and get her back on the road quickly, so she could continue her long road trip. Once the alternator was repaired, the car was running smoothly again. We reset the check engine light and got Deb on her way. We're glad to hear her feedback and that the rest of her trip went as planned.
