LightHouse Automotive Helps Customer with Clutch Replacement

August 9, 2017

Gear Shift | LightHouse Automotive

Kade knew his clutch was going bad and needed to be replaced soon. He was looking for great auto repair services in Colorado Springs. After some research, he decided to bring his truck into LightHouse Automotive .

The Inspection and Repair Processes

Owner Rylan Blair and our team of automotive technicians inspected Kade's clutch and clutch assembly, along with other key transmission and drive train components that can be affected by a worn clutch. After looking everything overly carefully with an expert eye, it was determined that only the clutch needed to be replaced at this time. Fortunately, Kade acted quickly to get the clutch repaired before it evolved into other major problems.

In the process, the LightHouse Automotive team checked out the rest of the vehicle. Whenever we get a car or truck up on the lift, we want to look for other common issues such as fluid leaks, brake life , tire wear, wheel alignment and suspension problems. Kade's truck checked out on all levels. We let him know of a few minor things that may be a concern in the future, but otherwise we put our focus on replacing the clutch and getting him back on the road safely. We kept him informed of the repair progress every step of the way.

Customer Feedback

Kade was nice enough to write a review on Google about his service experience at LightHouse Automotive :

"Awesome group of guys. Got a clutch replaced with them. They got me great parts for a cheap price and looked over the rest of the vehicle for free. Got plenty of calls to keep me updated and they did it fast."
