At LightHouse Automotive, We Take Things Personally

June 7, 2017

Our Team | LightHouse Automotive

When we opened LightHouse Automotive 13 years ago, we had a simple goal in mind. We wanted to be the best Colorado Springs auto repair shop we could be. Most importantly, we wanted our name to be one that our customers could trust. Just as a lighthouse guides weary sailors to safer waters, the automotive repair team at LightHouse Automotive is dedicated to helping customers drive down the road safely.

This commitment is what drives the personalized approach to service at  LightHouse Automotive . We want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk into our shop. We want you to feel confident in the expertise of our automotive technicians and the repairs or services being performed. We want you to drive away knowing you made the right decision to trust your car with the LightHouse Automotive team.

After all, we are real people, too. We have families to take care of and bills to pay. We understand that the need for automotive repairs is often sudden and unexpected. LightHouse Automotive is here to provide the services you need at a fair price (be sure and ask about NAPA's special financing programs for qualifying parts and repairs). We also strive to educate our customers, so they know exactly why certain repairs are recommended. We will never upsell you unless we think something is absolutely necessary. Even then, we will only provide our expert recommendations and advice. It is always up to you to decide if you want to proceed or take it elsewhere for a second opinion.

When you do decide to have us work on your car—whether it's for a major repair or a routine maintenance service like an oil change , brake service or tire rotation—you can feel confident it is in the best of hands. Our team is led by owner Rylan Blair. Collectively, they have incredible automotive repair knowledge and they are committed to an impeccable quality of workmanship. That is our promise to you.

You will also feel good knowing that most repairs performed at LightHouse Automotive are backed by the NAPA Auto Care Peace of Mind Warranty (36 months/36,000 miles) that is honored at any certified NAPA AutoCare Center nationwide.

When you want personal automotive care from a team you can trust, call LightHouse Automotive today. Let us take care of you and your car. We'll do everything we can to make you a customer for life! Call today at (719) 465-0302 or schedule your next service appointment online.
