The door to my gas cap broke off and Rylan fixed it and made it even stronger than it was when we got the car!! The dealership was going to charge "an arm and a leg" but Rylan didn't even charge us. Rylan and Tia are wonderful people!! They're Christians and they do their business using the Golden Rule--they treat others the way they want to be treated!!

Rylan and his group of fine service technicians are not only highly skilled and trained, they are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and just nice folks. These people do professional work second to none. They are the only shop I will use for all of my mechanical needs. Keep up the great work at fair reasonable prices.

I was en route from Texas to Idaho with 3 children in tow. My SUV had a starter burn out and I was stranded. I called Lighthouse and Ryal came to our hotel picked us up, arranged for a rental car (so we could see the CO sites) and provided world class service. I can not say enough about Ryal his sweet wife, professional staff and overall wonderful shop. If you need a good mechanic go with Lighthouse, you won't be disappointed.

The owner was fantastic, they worked hard to find me exactly what I needed, they were friendly, prompt and reasonably priced, we need more family busnisses like this one. Highly recommended

took my 04 titan to these guys after alot of research and actually going in and talking to these guys, they are a smaller business very close knit, very professional team. The quality of their work is some of the best I have ever seen, I'm military so I have been all over the world to alot of shops so I know. They installed an entire custom exhaust from headers, high flow cats, super 44 FM, with 2 1/2" pipes all the way through, but there knowledge on how to do it as far as the bends and the angles and everything for maximum performance and ability to customize everything is superb. I defiantly recommend these guys for any one, they are very military friendly.

I sent my grandparents to these guys after seeing their 5 star ratings. They were real pros. They didn’t try to sell them tires or scare them into obscure safety repairs. They just took care of business, went the extra mile and did it with a smile. I go here now too and I’m really happy with Lighthouse.‎

This shop could’ve made more money off me, but instead they told me the truth, fixed only what was necessary and charged a reasonable price. What more can you ask?‎

THEY ARE AUTOMOTIVE ARTISTS!!! Just got my Mustang back with a new transmission. Holy smokes they exceeded expectations. They’ve always been very professional and friendly with minor repairs and whatnot and I had always heard they were real old school type speed shop pros so I had them build my transmission but gave them some very rigid requirements. These guys are incredible!

Can’t say enough good about Rylan Blair. He has taken care of our old volkswagen several times, each time working into the evening (his family time) to get the car up and running again. Integrity and honesty don’t do him justice, especially when most mechanics are neither! Take your car there and see for yourself! Great prices too, he takes care of things for less than any other shop I have ever worked with.

1.) They do EVERYTHING from “I need a new headlight,” to “build me a race car with a custom transmission and gears in the rear end.”
2.) They are locally owned and managed with the owner actually right there working and immediately available to answer questions or complaints. His name is Rylan Blair and I have actually seen him do free charity work for a small family just traveling through that broke down – FREE, NO BILL, NO IOU – just because he’s a decent Christian guy!
3.) They are HONEST and I KNOW IT – two different times now they told me I did not need work that another local shop had tried to sell me and then they fixed my car for FAR LESS MONEY than expected.
4.) They treat my wife like she’s their little sister – she goes in talking about odd noises that I don’t hear and rather than trying to sell her a bunch of work she doesn’t need – or worse, patting her on the head and patronizing her – they do full computer diagnostics, check the car end to end, tell her EXACTLY what she’s hearing and then fix it for next to nothing!
5.) They are very, VERY good at what they do. I had a Cadillac with an electrical problem that no one in town wanted to touch – three different shops told me to go see the dealer for a Cadillac electrical specialist. Finally I brought it in to Lighthouse on Platte when a parts shop recommended them. THEY FIXED IT IN 20 MINUTES FOR UNDER $200.00!!!
I live in Colorado Springs, this is my home and I will NEVER take my car anywhere else for any reason ever again. There are other locally owned shops and a number of national chains here – all of which will smile and tell you what you want to hear because they want to be your mechanic; Rylan Blair at Lighthouse Automotive on Platte wants to be your NEIGHBOR and the shop is staffed by EXPERTS. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else. They’re right next to the 7th Wave Car Wash between Circle and Union – Look for a big, pretty blue sign with a lighthouse. - Pros: honest, experts, locally owned and managed and they do everything, not just a short list of popular services. - Cons: The bathroom is pretty inconvenient.
