I've been taking my cars to Rylan for a year now...and my 15-year-old CR-V is in its best shape since I bought it, 5 years and 60,000 miles ago! Lighthouse techs do a thorough check-up whenever they see a vehicle, so if they tell you something needs replacing, LISTEN, because you can trust that it really does. Rylan and Wade are fantastic at making sure jobs are efficiently combined to save you labor hours wherever possible. Lighthouse Automotive definitely delivers the best bang for your buck!

The crew is straight forward and helpful. They'll run you through exactly how each step will be done and definitely do it the right way.

I haven't SEEN the finished work yet but I will say that they have been EXTREMELY helpful. I'm currently deployed at the moment. My vehicle was in need of some serious work. They helped me arrange for the towing and took care of everything for me. They printed out a detailed itemization of what all is needed and how much it would cost and they (Rylan) emailed me frequently with updates on the work. I don't know much about cars and I'm often scared of auto-shops because I have been duped by one before but a good friend of mine recommended them so I gave them a chance. I will look to them for future work on my car.

Excellent! My car drives so much better! Rylan was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! They did the repairs I needed with out draining my bank accounts as well!

Our car has been one big headache for the last few months, but I am glad that we chose to work with Lighthouse and Ryland! We have been in and out of the shop multiple times throughout the last few months trying to get the heat working in our car. Ryland and his team have been great at troubleshooting and problem solving, even when the "fix" didn't work, they didn't give up until they found the root of the problem. It has been awesome to talk to them and work with them, and it makes you feel like you are dealing with a small town repairman with their high quality customer service and attention to detail, as well as their affordable rates. We will be taking our vehicles back to lighthouse for as long as we live in the Springs! :)

i brought my car in to get the timing belt and water pump changed as well as a full tune up. Wade and Raylan went above and beyond at the shop. I also want to thank the mechanic Gary especially his expertise with cars has my car running better than the day i bought. Lighthouse automotive provided me with superior customer service and the absolute best mechanical work i have had done in Colorado Springs!!! I would recommend this auto shop to any and all in and around Colorado Springs 11 out of 10.

I loved these guys they were honest and straightforward and gave me a great deal on a new transmission and the service was excellent. I was on vacation with my daughter and the transmission went out and was stuck in Colorado Springs and I saw there A+ rating on the BBB so I called them and they were kind and friendly on the phone they had the vehicle towed in right away and they were able to get the transmission replace ASAP and I was able to make it back home just in time for work. Thank you so much Rylan and all the amazing people at Lighthouse you guys are awesome 😊😊😊

I had a wonderful experience bringing my truck to get worked on . Mark was very helpful throughout the process and always kept me updated . One thing that I love about this shop is that they will not work on a part unless you give them permission. Mike was also a very big help at the end of time there , explaining useful information!

I wish we would have found Lighthouse Automotive nine months ago. The owner and technicians are true professionals. They answer ALL of our questions. They know what they are doing. If you want to have honest and professional mechanics in your life, bring your car to Lighthouse Automotive! Our 2001 Nissan Pathfinder has never run so well!!!
