Colorado Springs Auto Repair

My go to auto shop in The Springs. I always get friendly service, and honest inspections. Today I ask to have my car ready at a certain time so that I could drive to work and they did exactly that. I honestly suggest them to anyone.

I have been using Lighthouse automotive for several years now due to a referral there and have not gone to any other autoshop here in the springs. Rylan and Tia have helped me out with several minor and major problems with several varying issues (older vehicle) and I have always been pleased with the work. They have been willing to accommodate me by driving me back home if the repairs will take longer than an hour since I am disabled.

Brought my car in today because it was making a scraping sound. I thought it was possibly the muffler. being completely new to this state and overwhelmed with car worries, lighthouse automotive put my worries at ease. The owner has a very professional and friendly attitude. He kept me in the loop with everything and was confident in his knowledge. Luckily it wasn't the muffler but they took care of a few other things that definelty needed it. I've only taken my car to one car shop and I knew I'd have to find another now being in Colorado, I found my new car shop! This is a fair and respectable establishment.

I highly recommend Lighthouse Automotive. I have an older car, a 2002 Honda CRV. I was trying to decide whether to keep the car or buy a new one. Rylan provided me with different options for maintaining the car for a one year period, two year period, or longer. He provided an honest and thorough assessment of the car overalls condition. I decided to keep the car and opted for the full workup. The car needed a lot of work so I planned to leave it at his shop, at great inconvenience, for a few consecutive days. To my pleasant surprise, Rylan worked well into the evening, 9pm or 10pm, to complete all the work so that I could pick it up the next day. The car runs great. The service was very friendly and honest. Every issue was patiently explained so that I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend Lighthouse Automotive.

This place fit me in last minute to do a complete check on my car before I left to drive on a trip to Omaha. My car was in tip top shape for my trip, and it was ready same day. They're military friendly as well! Great crew and great customer service. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Awesome service.....Needed a jump and they came to help me while at the gas station down the road. And allowed me to get my battery charged. Definitely great customer service and customer attentiveness.

Older Subaru dude Here 50+ and these guys are the Best I have experienced in a LONG Time. I will Not be using the Brand Name groups ever again. Rylan Saved me Hundreds Possibly more by being Honest & Showing me why I did NOT need the Work & Parts a other group Flat out Lied ON regarding My Suspension. In today's world the Honesty let alone the time he took to show me a Variety of things on my car. The Brakes on my Car are the Smoothest, most Consistent I have ever had in the 11 yrs owning my Outback "FACT" and Now driving on it for many miles he was exactly correct, I did NOT need the hundreds of dollars in suspension work done. 30 + yrs resident of Colorado Springs here. Front Axel, Timing Belt Kit Water Pump, Plugs & Tune up, Valve cover Seals. AC Pulley Assembly... EXCELLENT WORK FOLKS. Everything is working just as it Should. QUALITY is what I expected & What I got. I have seen numerous times now Rylan Talks & works w other customers with the same mindset towards their vehicle...He Really Cares as does the LightHouse Staff, OLD SCHOOL ATTITUDE a Shop that really cares Before & After the Work is Done... : )
