Hey Subaru Owners, 30 yrs in Colorado Springs, my 2nd Subaru 2000 Outback Owner Here and I can't say enough on the Quality, Service and Price I have Received from Rylan & staff. Recently had my Brakes done but wanted to wait to see the true Performance after a Number of miles. Wow....2nd Owner of this Car 11 years now and the Brakes are the Best they have ever been. I tried one of the other Brake shops a bit back here in town and Honestly that was a Mistake, not only did this other "major name shop" tell me Work I Didn't Need, bad parts labor etc..., Rylan took the time to show me, Prove to me Why my Car & Current Parts were Just fine, that I didn't need this work done and all was functioning properly and really would NOT have to address for some time. This other work would have been a Major money expense. No Longer a Worry....Wow Reminded me of the Old Days, Old School just a Good Honest Auto Shop Garage, from Owner to the other Employees following his Lead. BIG TIME Money & a Repair I certainly did NOT Need because Rylan was Honest unlike the other Big Name auto center trying to take advantage of me. The Brake Service that LightHouse Automotive performed, From High Speed Stops to the Big Colorado Downhills, These Brakes Now are the Most "Consistent & Smoothest" I ever have had without a doubt on this Car. Absolutely the BEST in this 11 yrs owning this vehicle and I feel safer knowing how well they perform. I found my Auto shop for my "Subaru Outback" as they do EVERYTHING Car & Engine Related. I was also Impressed with Rylan's Education & knowledge in Regards to Auto's but his employees as well. Rylan I can't say enough about your professional Attitude honesty and service you & the LH Auto staff provided Edited: I wanted to add some more as I just read a Previous Negative 1 star review. I have been to this shop on a variety of occasions, I have NEVER seen the attitudes described in this Negative review...Never, Not from Rylan or any other employees. Im a Older guy, I have been around & seen much let alone own My own mobile service company. Never seen this Ethic from these folks. Thank You Tommy G
