I am so grateful for this auto repair facility. My car broke down on the side of the road on my way to an interview. I walked into the repair shop extremely worried. Raylan was really nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them(Ive had bad experiences in the past with other places) He understood that I had limited funds due to being unemployed and other events. He helped by cutting the my cost where he could, and made sure my car was fixed properly so I wouldn't have to worry. I didn't feel like he was trying to hustle me by adding more charges. He did everything possible through communicating with me to make sure nothing was completed without my approval. I definitely will be return for the other things that are needed to be fixed on my car. Raylan was kind and understanding. The price I paid for him fixing my vehicle was reasonable and fair. The time and work he put into my car is well appreciated. When I came to pick my car up his wife was also there and she also made me feel great about the service at there auto mechanic shop. Thank you so much Lighthouse Automotive for making sure I can continue to get around town and care for my family. I will definitely be returning, your customer service has earned a lifetime customer.

Want to give a shout out to Gary ! He found my powersteering leak and replaced the hose and pump. As always with care for the details. I have now had 2 vehicles worked on at lighthouse automotive. Not one problem with any service performed. Rylan and his team are always professional and honest. I have no complaints about their service and care of my trucks and you won't either if you give these gentlemen a try!

Rylan and his mechanics troubleshooted a “no heat in the car” problem with my daughter’s car and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. While testing it, they also found one other issue with the car that needed to be fixed. So glad we brought her car there!

Great service and fairly priced! Appreciate that they took the time to explain all my options and what was wrong with the car. They really went above and beyond to help me get heat back in my car, and I would definitely take it here again in the future!
