My car is so unique that certain parts are very difficult, if not impossible to find. Thankfully, I went to Lighthouse Automotive LLC where I was provided exceptional and courteous customer service. First of all, when I called on a Friday, they told me that the earliest appointment would be the following Tuesday. I explained to them that it would be difficult for me to bring it in the following week, so they told me that they would take it and keep in the garage over the weekend until they were ready to work on it. This was certainly a big plus for me. Based on my knowledge of the car, I had a feeling that no matter how good they thought they were, it would be a challenging job. Fortunately, a few days later, they called me and told me that it was fixed. Needless to say, I was right about the job being challenging. They explained all the work they had to do and honestly, I would not have blamed them if they had given up on it. I am very grateful that they did not give up on it. Surely, they were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem, finding, modifying, installing, and testing the parts. This place is something amazing! In my view, they went above and beyond to take care of my car repair needs. They know exactly what they are doing. This has to be one of the best auto repair businesses I have ever had the pleasure of going to. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5 because they deserve 10 stars.
