What it Means to Be Family Owned and Operated

November 6, 2019

LightHouse Automotive opened in Colorado Springs almost exactly 16 years ago. It was back in October of 2003 when an experienced local auto mechanic, Rylan Blair, and his wife, Tia—who brings a great mind for business management and marketing—decided to open their own automotive repair shop in their beloved hometown. Together, they have built something truly special with the help of their amazing team of employees.

Independently Owned. Family Operated.

Since the beginning, LightHouse Automotive has been proud to be an independent, family owned and locally focused auto shop serving the needs of Colorado Springs residents and anyone in the surrounding El Paso County communities.

NAPA Knowhow Without the Chain Store Limitations

We are an affiliated NAPA AutoCare Center , which means we have special access to quality NAPA parts and we can back most of our services with the nationwide NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind Warranty program (which is honored at more than 14,000 NAPA facilities across the country). However, this affiliation doesn't define us. It only enhances our service offerings. Otherwise, we are anything but a chain repair shop or auto parts store. We are a local business through and through!

Treating People Right

Because we embrace our standing as a local, family-owned business, we have worked very hard to build a strong reputation in the Colorado Springs community. We believe in treating people right and doing what's best for our customers. Sometimes we do have to deliver bad news when it comes to telling someone they have a major automotive problem that needs to be repaired. No matter what, we are committed to providing honest advice and detailed information. That way, you can make informed repair and maintenance decisions as a vehicle owner.

You Can Count on LightHouse Automotive!

If you do choose to have LightHouse Automotive  on your car, truck or SUV, you can count on timely service and quality results. Rylan is personally involved in just about every vehicle repair that comes through our shop. We understand how important your vehicle is to you, whether it's a daily driver or purely for fun and recreation. We take care of you and your car with the utmost respect and care.
