LightHouse Automotive Owner Helps Customer with Ignition Problem

March 3, 2021

Michael depends on his truck every day for his work, which requires him to drive all over Colorado. Unfortunately, he was having some problems with the ignition system and he only had one day off in which to get the truck repaired. This is what led him to c ontact LightHouse Automotive and schedule an appointment.

"I had called LightHouse Automotive because the key to my truck kept getting jammed in the ignition," Michael says. "Rylan [Blair, owner] promptly ordered the part and scheduled an appointment. Even though his technician, Gary, wound up sick shortly after we made the appointment, Rylan came in himself to repair my truck."

Like all businesses right now, we have to adapt. If one of our employees is feeling ill, we make sure they stay home and the rest of our team is willing and able to pick up the slack. Our customers' needs still come first and we want to make sure people can rely on us for quality  automotive repair services when they need help.

Once Michael's truck was in the shop, we were able to diagnose the ignition issue and replace the damaged part. His story also illustrates why it's a good idea to call ahead right now to make sure we can squeeze you in or pre-order any parts that may be required for your service. That will help you get in and out as quickly as possible. We know you all have busy lives, so we'll do our best to get you safely back on the road!

"Rylan saved me a nightmare and was very respectful and reasonable throughout the experience," Michael adds. "I know the world has gotten crazier and crazier each day, especially for small businesses. In spite of that, LightHouse Automotive did good by me quickly and for a fair price. Thanks LightHouse!"

Thank you for the feedback and endorsement , Michael. Please let us know if you ever need further assistance with your truck.

If you are in the Colorado Springs area and are in need of any automotive repair or preventative maintenance services, call LightHouse Automotive today at (719) 465-0302 or schedule your appointment online.
