Father and Daughter Pleased with Heater Repair at LightHouse Automotive

January 20, 2021

Taylor was concerned that the heater wasn't working in her car. This is not a good thing to happen in the middle of a cold Colorado winter. So, she brought her to LightHouse Automotive for a proper inspection of her heating/AC system and professional repairs.

"Great service and fairly priced!" Taylor says. "Appreciate that they took the time to explain all my options and what was wrong with the car. They really went above and beyond to help me get heat back in my car, and I would definitely take it here again in the future!"

The technicians at LightHouse Automotive were able to determine the source of the heating problem. During the inspection, we also found some other issues that were worth bringing to the customer's attention. We presented Taylor with our findings and repair recommendations, so she could decide which services she wanted us to complete.

Ultimately, we were able to repair Taylor's heating system along with some other minor fixes that were needed. Her father, Ted, was also involved throughout the process, providing support and advice. He was kind enough to post his own review of LightHouse Automotive.

"Rylan and his mechanics troubleshooted a 'no heat in the car' problem with my daughter's car and fixed it at a very reasonable cost," Ted writes. "While testing it, they also found one other issue with the car that needed to be fixed. So glad we brought her car there!"

Thank you, Taylor and Ted, for putting your trust in the LightHouse Automotive team. We're glad that everything worked out and Taylor now has heat back in her car for the winter season. We're here to help if you ever need any further automotive assistance.
