Dodge Owner Gets Emergency Auto Repairs at LightHouse Automotive

September 30, 2020

Robert drives a 2007 Dodge Nitro compact SUV. Over Labor Day weekend, he was experiencing troubles with his vehicle and new he needed to have it repaired as soon as possible. He depends on the vehicle for his job and was worried about the costs of getting it fixed. Robert knew that LightHouse Automotive has a great reputation throughout the Colorado Springs area, so he brought his Nitro to us.

"I had an emergency with my 2007 Dodge Nitro," Robert says. "Though they were closed that day, they did look at it the next day. I was afraid to even drive it there, but they have a super reputation. James met me at the counter and listened (actually listened to how much I needed the car, as I am single income and it affected my job."

At LightHouse Automotive , we understand that every customer's situation is unique. Every vehicle is different and every person has their own priorities, needs and financial issues. Nobody ever wants to deal with emergency automotive repairs and not everyone is prepared for the sudden expenses and having to spend time without their primary vehicle.

We took the time to listen to Robert and communicate with him throughout the process. We first needed to inspect the vehicle to find out exactly what was wrong. Then, we were able to walk him through all of our findings and let him know the recommended repairs, along with accurate price estimates for parts and labor. Robert understood what needed to be done and authorized LightHouse Automotive to do the work.

"Rylan (the owner" promised me that he would give the car every attention, and I got it back in two days, expecting about five days!" Robert adds. "He personally went over every detail of the work done. He is a devout Christian, and we had prayer for him, his family, and his business. He is a man of great testimony, keeping his word."

Robert, thank you for the kind words and the prayers. We believe in treating our customers right and we're glad everything worked out with your emergency Dodge repairs.
