Customer Turns to LightHouse Automotive for Expert Auto Repair Services

February 14, 2018

Mechanic Working on car NAPA Autocare Shop | LightHouse Automotive

Mathew was in a tough situation. He had tried to work on his own car, an older-model Lincoln , but ended up hitting a wall. By the time he had a lot of it taken apart, he realized he wasn't equipped to make all the necessary repairs himself. Mathew needed professional help and he also wanted the repairs done quickly, which is why he turned to LightHouse Automotive in Colorado Springs.

"Rylan and his team were great," Mathew writes in his recent review on Google. "I dropped them off an older Lincoln that I had torn apart and just did not have the mechanical expertise to finish up. They were quick to get it into the shop as I told them I needed the car ASAP."

Sometimes it can be tricky when someone tries to make their own repairs and then brings it into LightHouse Automotive. First, we want to make sure all the necessary parts are still there and then we need to inspect the vehicle to determine what repairs need to be made. From there, we can give a proper repair estimate to the customer, and they can decide how they want us to proceed. In Mathew's case, we were able to see what he had already done and assess the situation quickly.

"Rylan was really great about showing and explaining exactly what they did, and he also gave me honest opinions on what other work I would need in the future rather than gouging me like other shops might have," Mathew adds. "I definitely recommend LightHouse, and I will be taking my vehicles back there any time I need work. Thanks a lot LightHouse Automotive!"

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Mathew. We were happy to help and finish the repairs you needed in order to get the car back on the road as quickly as possible.
