We recently had a customer named Cole come into the shop for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Here's what he had to say about his experience:
"Had a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle I was thinking of purchasing," Cole says. "In addition to a full inspection, they also offered to hose down the car's aftermarket sunroof to see if it leaked (which it did)."
For the most part, the car Cole was looking to buy was in solid shape. The LightHouse Automotive technicians were able to note a few things that they recommended and then a full bumper-to-bumper inspection report was provided to the customer. One of the concerns that Cole had with this particular car was the aftermarket sunroof that had been installed. These are notoriously problematic, so we offered to test it for leaks as part of the inspection. Thankfully we did because it did have a leak and that was important for Cole to know before he decided if he wanted to purchase the vehicle or not.
