A recent customer going by the initials of O.B. was kind enough to post an online review of his customer service experience at LightHouse Automotive in Colorado Springs. A dead car battery is a common problem in the winter season. Sometimes, it's due directly to the freezing temperatures, but that's not always the issue at hand.
